Integrated Time Tracking from QuickBooks Time directly into QuickBooks Online, removing many barriers to entry for new customers and simplifying customers who have both QB Time and QBO.

Supported the launch of MailChimp's International SMS offering by building vendor client libraries, supporting internal tools, and separating a monolith into multiple microservices.

Revolutionized the way the EA Production Infrastructure and Engineering sees it's technology, incident response, and software engineering through an introduction into Service Engineering ideologies.

Started in this new position by creating a new team in the existing organization working under a peer and pioneering a new service management cataloging and management system.

Built, implemented, and managed petabyte-scale monitoring systems and assisted user implementation and automation.

Unified EA’s production alerting strategy around Service Engineering and implemented a custom rules system for orchestrating active alerts.

Built, managed, and supported users of High Performance Computing clusters. These clusters pushed forward doctoral and post-doctoral research leading to breakthroughs and several publications.

Built, and migrated ArcGIS clusters to support Geospatial computing within Boise State.

Developed and supported visualization tooling to enhance outcomes of research data and be able to see datasets from (often quite literally in the case of 3D rendering) multiple angles.

Built and supported wireless networks for music artists and their crew through live events. 

Facilitated a small crew of people to support multiple efforts during the production of Boise Music Festival, Huckleberry Jam, and many smaller live production events.

Ran live productions with artists such as Maddie and Tae and Andy Grammar in small venues.

Supported the station engineer in efforts to maintain radio broadcasting towers and ensure limited to zero airtime losses.
